Step 1 — Check the Offer Terms
Every offer on Freecash has a stated crediting window in its terms. Some credit within minutes, others within 72 hours, and game milestone offers credit when the milestone is confirmed by the game. Find the original offer and check what the expected crediting time is before assuming something went wrong.
Step 2 — Check Common Failure Reasons
- VPN was active during offer completion — this breaks tracking
- Offer completed on different device than account is registered on
- Offer requirements weren't fully met (re-read the terms carefully)
- Ad blocker was active during completion
- Already completed this offer previously (most offers are one per account)
Step 3 — Submit a Missing Credits Request
If the crediting window has passed and none of the above apply, go to your Freecash account → Help → Missing Offers. Submit a request with the following information:
- Screenshot of the completed offer (show the completion screen)
- Screenshot of your Freecash offer page showing you started it
- Date and time you completed the offer
- Any confirmation emails from the advertiser
- Device and browser used
Step 4 — Wait for Resolution
Freecash support typically responds to missing credit requests within 3–5 business days. If your proof is solid and the offer genuinely wasn't credited incorrectly, most disputes are resolved in your favor. If support doesn't respond after 7 days, follow up with your ticket number.
Preventing Missing Credits in Future
- Always screenshot the completion screen immediately
- Turn off VPN and ad blockers before starting any offer
- Complete offers on your primary device and browser
- Read offer requirements fully before starting
- Keep confirmation emails from advertisers
